Shipping and Returns


We do our bit to avoid waste and reduce dead stock. Thus, all of our orders is based on pre-orders. It takes us 15 business working days to process and ship the order. The delivery time depends upon your location. In case there is a delay in production we shall notify you. If you wish for your order to be expedited, please e-mail us at and we will try our best to do so.


We offer free shipping within India when you pay online via credit/debit card, net banking. Flat shipping rate of INR 100 on COD orders.


For international orders, the shipping rates is as per location, weight and volume of the shipment. You will know the shipping rates at the check out. Duties and taxes are applicable. 


Once the order is dispatched from our studio, we will send you a shipment email. You will be able to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company using consignment/tracking number.

Non-Availability on Delivery our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address or wrong telephone number.


If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at 


For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express). We use third party payment gateway like Pay U and Razorpay. 


We spend a lot of time and labor in making each product, thus we don't offer refunds on orders. 


Please do check our size chart before making your purchase. However, in case if you like to exchange the size you can make your request within 3 days. Any of the products can be exchanged if it is unused or undamaged. Please e-mail us for exchange at sixbuttonsdown@gmail.comIn case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for three months.

Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 10 days. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.

Six Buttons Down holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer. 

Any products sold during sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
