WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS TO?

We ship our products anywhere in India and most international countries. Shipping charges are free within India. The cost of international shipping depends on the weight of the shipment and the delivery pin code. You will be able to check the shipping cost at the checkout while placing the order.

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We except credit/debit card and net banking option across major banks. We use third party payment getaway, which is PayU money. We do offer ‘Cash on delivery’ within India.

 

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDERS?

We do our bit to avoid waste and reduce dead stock. So, all of your orders is based on pre-order sale method. It takes us 5-7 business working days to process and ship the order. The delivery time depends upon your location. Once we ship it out you will receive an email with tracking details.
If you wish for your order to be expedited, please e-mail us with your order number at sixbuttonsdown@gmail.com and we will try our best to do so.

 

I CANNOT FIND MY SIZE. WHAT DO I DO?

We will be happy to help you. You just have to shoot us an e-mail at sixbuttonsdown@gmail.com. Please do mention what style are you looking for and size. If the fabric is available we will proceed the order. 
We also take up customization orders. 

 

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY SBD PRODUCT?

Of course you can! All of our products are handcrafted in-house. If the size doesn’t fit you, you can request for another size within 10 days of delivery. Then, you will receive an email from us with return shipping details.
Cost of courier sent to us will be borne by you. Cost of shipping the corrected product sent by us will be borne by us.
Please note that we don’t offer exchange/returns on products sold during sale.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY PRODUCTS?

Six Buttons Down strictly do not offer any refunds on product sold.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel the order within 24 hours from placing the order. We will proceed the refund through same mode within 7 working days. Cancellation beyond the time limit won’t be accepted.
